Privacy

Your privacy, in plain language.

Last updated: April 2026

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we do not sell your data, and you can use Apoyo without an account.

This page is a plain-language summary. It is not legal advice.

The short version

You can complete our intake anonymously. If you choose to save your results, we store your email so you can sign back in. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with assistance programs.

What we collect

Intake answers (state, income range, age, coverage type, conditions, and the kind of help you need). If you create an account, your email address. Basic analytics such as page views and referral source so we can improve the product.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your full name unless you provide it. We do not collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical records, or any other sensitive identifiers.

How we use it

To match you to programs, to improve matching quality, and to let you return to your results if you create an account. Aggregated and de-identified statistics may be used to report on unmet need.

Who we share it with

We do not share personal data with assistance programs. We use standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics) who process data on our behalf and are bound by their terms.

How long we keep it

Anonymous intakes are retained for up to 24 months. Account-linked data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by writing to hello@apoyohealth.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
