Terms
Last updated: April 2026
These terms describe what you can expect from Apoyo Health and what we ask of you in return.
By using Apoyo Health, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Apoyo Health is a free directory that matches people with patient assistance programs based on a short intake. The service is informational and does not replace medical or legal advice.
We do our best to keep program information accurate, but every program decides who qualifies. A match on Apoyo is not a guarantee that you will be approved.
Applications happen on each program's official website. Their terms, privacy policies, and decisions are their own. We are not responsible for their content or outcomes.
You must provide a valid email to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time.
Do not attempt to scrape the site at scale, interfere with other users, or submit false or misleading intake information. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apoyo Health is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, make a clear note on the site.
